ose Street Clinic has offered mental health services for over 15 years under the direction of Harvey Martin, M.D., Board Certified Psychiatrist. In 1999, Rose Street Clinic joined forces with the practices of Sabine & Associates, P.C., another thriving mental health practice under the direction of David M. Sabine, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, to form Rose Street Mental Health Care, LLP.

Rose Street offers an unprecedented array of mental health services to the people of Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas and has 25 mental health clinicians with a variety of experience and backgrounds. Our clinicians have more than 50 years collective experience to support clients with their difficulties. Rose Street clinicians bring range in age, gender, educational background and clinical interest in an effort to best match your individual needs. Most of the clinicians offer after 5:00 appointments and/or Saturday appointments to assist with the ease of scheduling.

Additionally, we have 15 members of our support staff who can assist you in making your visit hassle free. Most of our staff members come from a medical office background and have experience in the mental health field, many of them started with Rose Street and have been on staff for several years. Staff knowledge and training is of utmost importance and our staff is well versed in dealing with managed care and other complicated insurance questions.
